APPLICATIONS: mSurvivin antibody can be used for detection of survivin by Western blot at 1 μg/mL. An approximate 17 kDa band can be detected. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 10 μg/mL.
Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples and Immunohistochemistry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.

IMMUNOGEN: Survivin antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids near the carboxy terminus of mouse Survivin.
The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of Survivin.
