Anti-Phospho-Ser515 Munc18 Antibody is suitable for Western Blots and Immunohistochemistry, and it is specific for the ~65 kDa Munc-18 protein phosphorylated at Ser515. Immunolabeling is blocked by the phosphopeptide used as antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
