IVY Transfection Booster are developed to increase the transient transfection efficiency.
Transient transfection was achieved with GFP containing plasmid and transfection efficiency was measured as fluorescence signal at 24 hours post-transfection.
IVY Transfection Booster was added 2 hours post-transfection.
Inoculation cell concentration: 20x105 cells/mL.
