PCR Tubes
PCR (polymerase chain reaction) tubes are used in the laboratory for the amplification of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) or RNA (ribonucleic acid) samples in research and diagnostic applications. PCR tubes are available in various sizes, ranging from 0.2 mL to 0.5 mL, and may be transparent or opaque.
Some common applications of PCR tubes include genotyping, gene expression analysis, DNA sequencing, and detecting infectious agents, such as viruses and bacteria. Options available include 8 strip PCR tube, PCR tubes with caps, PCR strip tubes and sterile PCR tube strips.
