Graduated, rugged tubes are designed to withstand the stress of high speed centrifugation up to 17,000 rpm. The Microlock® closure has a latch feature that eliminates sample loss and hazardous splashover; prevents micro-centrifuge tubes from opening during critical procedures such as centrifugation, incubating, freezing, storing or shipping. An etched writing area is located on both the flat surface closure and the side of the tube for convenient sample identification. Features a positive click closure so you know the lid is securely in place and fully closed. Tube interior is highly polished for maximum sample recovery. Non wetting polypropylene. Autoclavable at 121°C.
