The Pongo™ Antibiotic Resistance (ABR) Panel A, v1.0, is a qualitative, singleplex, nucleic acid in-vitro PCR amplification assay that detects various molecular antibiotic resistance markers. This ABR panel may be used in conjunction with, and in reflex to positive bacterial identification (e.g. the SeqOnce Lioness UT/wound panel). Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye (FAM). Compatible with a wide range of thermal cyclers and robotic liquid handlers. SeqOnce recommends SeqOnce Amplification Kit or SeqOnce PLUS Amplification Kit.
