Application: Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-Wm: 1:50-1:500, Immunostaining: Assay-dependent dilution. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions: This protein is an auxiliary protein of DNA polymerase delta and is involved in the control of eukaryotic DNA replication by increasing the polymerase's processibility during elongation of the leading strand.
