Polyester/Microfiber, ribbed fabric over 1/8" foam core with strips of the Sahara™ foam on the front and back end
In order to control contamination risks, medical device facilities perform thorough and extensive cleaning SOP's on floors, walls, and ceilings. Despite these procedures medical device firms are constantly exposed to contamination risks, especially to large fibers and human hairs.
Current Issues
Current mopping products are inefficient at removing large fibers and hairs
Disinfectant residues tack down particles and soils exposing devices to contamination risks
Why the Sahara+ PharmaMOP Works
The Sahara+ PharmaMOP is constructed of 3 separate materials. Each has been optimized for the different types of contamination present in medical device cleanrooms.
Sahara Foam has been engineered to dislodge and entrap large fibers and hairs.
The perfect blend of microfiber and polyester makes up the ribbed hybrid mop head. The microfiber is ideal for entrapping and removing hydrophilic soils and very small particles, while the polyester handles hydrophobic soils and small particles.
