pH Buffers And pH Test Solutions
A buffer is a solution created to resist pH changes when introducing internal and external influences. Buffers also maintain intercellular and extracellular pH within the physiological range, providing minimal interference in biological processes. At Thomas Scientific, we have an extensive range of buffers available, including tris citrate and sodium phosphate buffers, high ph, blue buffers, low te and LDS sample buffers. We offer a selection of buffers and native gels that carry both positive and negative charges. Buffers are suitable for biochemical research applications such as cell cultivation, isolation of cells, and enzyme assays.
