The Ricca Chemical phosphate buffer with composition of 93.26% water, 4.38% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 2.29% sodium phosphate dibasic, < 0.1% ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) (disodium salt, dihydrate) and < 0.1% mercuric chloride is suitable for use in biological research and experiments. It can be stored at a temperature of 15 to 30 degree C.
