The Ricca Chemical perchloric acid with composition of 92.41% water and 7.59% perchloric acid is suitable for research and laboratory use. It is used in metal plating, making explosives and electro polishing. This acid also separates sodium and potassium by acting as an oxidizer. It can be stored at a temperature of 15 to 30 degree C.
