Carbenicillin is an antibiotic which inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and for cell culture media applications. Recommended use is 100mg/ml.
Stock solution of antibiotics dissolved in water should be sterilized by filtration through a 0.22 micron filter.
Store at +4°C. Warm to room temperature before opening. Keep tightly sealed. Store Carbenicillin solution in a light-tight container at –20oC.
Federal law prohibits dispensing without prescription. Not for use in humans. Not for drug use. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Avoid breathing dust.
