I am sure you are aware, there have been numerous changes in reference to global tariff increases particularly related to China where our manufacturing facility in located. We understand that price adjustments are never ideal, however, we are now in the position that will require Shoe Cover Magic to pass along a portion of these increases. We want to assure you that we are actively working to minimize the impact these tariffs will have, and as the situation evolves, we will adjust either up or down, to account for any changes.
