As you all know, the economy is facing unprecedented challenges as global supply chains are being severely disrupted. Unfortunately, Holland Green Science Corp. has not been immune to the consequences of this situation. Due to the current impact on our business by the dramatic increase in tariffs, we need to make some changes to our pricing structure.
Effective May 1, 2025, Holland Green Science Corp. will implement a 25% “tariff surcharge” on all Holland Green Science products. This surcharge will be listed as a separate line item on all quotations and invoices. Our retail prices and discounts will remain the same.
The entire Holland Green Science team is working hard to manage the current situation and adjust our global supply chain. Indeed, we are absorbing as much of the increased costs as possible and trying our best to minimize the impact on our valued customers. Our hope is that this surcharge will be a temporary matter. Hence, our decision is not to increase our pricing but simply apply this surcharge.
