This product is a vacuum dried autolyzed yeast extract produced from 100% Baker's yeast. It is a concentrated source of soluble protein components, carbohydrates, and B Complex vitamins natural to yeast. Water soluble portion of autolyzed yeast with intact B-complex vitamins. Yeast extract is a mixture of amino acids, peptides, water soluble vitamins and carbohydrates and can be used as additive for culture media.
