Solarmeter® Model 6.5R Reptile UV Index Meter
Solarmeter® radiometers are compact, handheld radiometers with simple pushbutton operation and NIST-traceable accuracy. The Solarmeter® Model 6.5R Reptile UV Index Meter measures erythemally weighted UV from 280-400nm. Applications include monitoring UV needs of reptiles under all UV source types and, combined with the Ferguson Zone chart at the top of the meter, initial setup and maintenance of any reptile habitats for healthy access to UV. A 9V battery is included, along with a rugged carrying case and Calibration Certificate.
