Gas Collection Tube

Featuring a side outlet in the body for a self sealing syringe stopper, these borosilicate glass Gas Collecting Tubes are useful in gas chromatography or mass spectroscopy. Stopcocks have PTFE plugs. For additional rubber stoppers, see ML-1940.

Standard collecting tube with glass stopcock and capillary tubing for connecting to rubber tubing and syringe sampling port with septum. Available with either glass or 1:5 taper PTFE stopcock plugs. For replacement stopcock plugs, see 8223 (PTFE), 8224 (glass).

This Gas Chromatograph Collection Tube is a replacement part for the 6949M series of PYREX® microchemistry kits.

MW-72 G.C. collection tubes are sold 12/Pkg.  Vials are supplied complete with Viton o-ring (MW-100-01), PTFE faced septa (MW-104-11) and open-top screw cap (MW-102-11).
