Ultrapure grade prepared from highly purified acrylamide (4X) and bis-acrylamide (2X) using deionized ultra-filtered water. Store at 4°C and protect from light.

Final ratios:

  • 19:1 is optimal for sequencing gels and also for separation of peptides
  • 29:1 for sequencing gels and the separation of proteins
  • 37.5:1 is for the separation of high molecular weight proteins
