PG-007 exhibits selective binding affinity to VEGFR2 and acts as an agonist. Its phosphorylation capability on VEGFR2 is comparable to that of VEGF, facilitating the proliferation of iPSC-derived endothelial cells. Remarkably, PG-007 achieves the same level of iPSC differentiation into endothelial cells at a 1/16th mass concentration of VEGF.
