Phosphate Buffered Saline, Tablets is abbreviated as PBS and is used in biological research as a buffer solution containing sodium chloride and sodium phosphate, as well as potassium phosphate and potassium chloride in some formulations. It is also used in cell container rinsing and substance dilution.
