ISO 4 (Class 10) Cleanroom Nitrile Gloves
CE-Force Nitrile Cleanroom Gloves are designed for use in Class 10 and higher cleanrooms. Made from virgin nitrile copolymer material, these high quality powder-free gloves are accelerator-free and feature beaded cuffs for secure seal and textured fingers for added grip. In order to control defects and ensure the specified product is consistently manufactured, these gloves are produced at high quality standards, consisting of stringent quality checks as well as laboratory testing at every stage of our production process.
The following analysis is performed at various stages of production:
FTIR Analysis
FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared) spectrometer is used to detect trace contaminants of silicone, amide & DOP.
Physical Strength Test
Tensile strength & elongation of the glove are tested prior to washing. Ion ChromatographyIonic content of the glove is quantitatively analyzed with ion chromatography (IC) to identify anion, cation & heavy metals.
Liquid Particle Counting
Glove particulate cleanliness is measured by laser beam sensors generated in a biaxially shaking, fixed sample
Surface Resistivity Test
Surface resistivity of the glove is measured as an indication of ESD protection.
Static Decay Testing
Static decay rate is measured to determine the glove's ability to dissipate electrostatic discharge
Total Non-Volatile Residue
Extracts from evaporated solvents such as IPA & Hexane are measured for TNVR content
Outgassing & Hydrocarbon
A GCMS is used to test for outgassing & RHC content from extracts of the glove.
Coefficient of Friction
The grip surface of the glove is measured using a COF tester to quantify its frictional force for high tacky, mild tacky or slippery finishing.
