Features and Benefits: Evaluate our antibodies with complete peace of mind. If the antibody does not perform in your application, we will issue a full credit or replacement antibody. Learn more.
Application: Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions: Guanine nucleotide exchange factor that potentially links pathways that signal through RAC1, RHOA and CDC42. Catalyzes guanine nucleotide exchange on RHOA and CDC42 and interacts specifically with the GTP-bound form of RAC1, suggesting that it functions as an effector of RAC1. May also participate in axonal transport in the brain. Becomes activated and highly tumorigenic by truncation of the N-terminus (By similarity). Isoform 5 activates CDC42.
Immunogen: Recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 84 and 367 of Dbs according to NP_001106203
Physical form: 0.1M Tris, 0.1M Glycine, 10% Glycerol (pH7). 0.01% Thimerosal was added as a preservative.
RIDADR: NONH for all modes of transport
