A low cost, effective and convenient absorbent sponge designed for environmental surface sampling of work areas, equipment and any other places where testing for Listeria, Salmonella and other food-borne pathogens is required. Sponge is free of bactericide and non-inhibitory. Sample is conveniently transportable after use for laboratory analysis. Measures 1"-1 1/2" x 3" when wet and is about 5/8” thick.
