Dehydrated Appearance: beige, homogeneous powder

Prepared Appearance: light to medium amber broth

Soluble in water

Contains:

  • Dextrose: 20g/L
  • Bacto Peptone: 20g/L
  • Yeast Extract: 10g/L
  • Final pH (@25°C): 6.5 ±0.2

Direction to use: Suspend 50g of powdered media per liter of distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
