Screw knob style weights are ideal for most laboratory calibration applications
- Sizes from 1 mg to 100 g
- Two-piece polished stainless steel gram weights
- Five tolerance levels from Ultra ClassSM to ASTM Class 4
- Sets and individual weights available
These standard high-precision polished stainless steel calibration weights should be selected for most routine calibration applications. The two-piece weights (gram only) offer the advantage of being repairable and can be finely adjusted and easily recalibrated over time. The 1 to 100 gram weights are a two-piece, polished non-magnetic, austenitic stainless steel design. The 50 to 500 milligram weights are one-piece flat stainless steel, and the 1 to 3 milligram weights are one-piece flat aluminum.
All weight sets come in rugged polypropylene boxes, individual weights do not. All weight sets are a 5221 series, meaning that weights beginning with a “2" are doubled and weights with a “5" or “1" are single in each decade.
All weights or sets are available furnished with traceable® or NVLAP Calibration Certificates. Some may be special order. Call or fax for catalog number and pricing of weights or certificates not shown here. Screw knob weights are also available in a solid, one-piece, Type I style on a special order basis where use as a reference standard is desired.
