Unlike standard holders, the Multi-Media Pressure Sealing Filter Holder has a dual sealing system which allows the use of a broad range of media thickness, including pads. This enhanced pressure sealing system can accomodate media thickess up to 3mm without compromising the seal. Even multiple layers of media can be used in a single holder without lateral wicking.
These units are type 304 stainless steel and come standard with a silicone o-ring. The support screen is PTFE coated photoetched stainless steel. Sealing is achieved by easy hand-tightening of laterally removable locking wing nuts. Connections: Models KS90/142UH Inlet is 3/4"NPTF to 11mm hose barb adaptor. Outlet is 3/4"NPTM to 11mm hose barb; Model KS293UH Inlet is 3/4" NPTF to 16mm hose barb. Outlet is 3/4"NPTM to 16mm hose barb.
