- Method approved by ASTM for water, drinking water, wastewater and seawater brines and it is approved by EPA, Standard Methods and AOAC for feeds
- Range saturated to 0.02 ppm
- Requires 4215F10 reference electrode. Uses 4215F20 fill solution

TISAB III Buffer Concentrate
- For total ionic strength adjustment in fluoride analysis of drinking water
- Contains CDTA to release fluoride complexed by iron or aluminum
Must be diluted 10:1 before use. Diluted buffer is then mixed 1:1 with standards and samples for adjustment of pH and increased ionic strength to compensate for differences among samples.
TISAB II Buffer
- Similar to 4210F37, but not concentrated
- Standards and samples are diluted 1:1 directly with the buffer
