Easy and economical high purity water
- Easy installation anywhere with hose or compression tubing
- Visual indicator of exhausted resin by color change
- High capacity compared to many other disposables - up to 1800 grains
- High flow rates up to 7.2 GPH
- Single or triple distillation water quality
Transparent cylinders allow for easy detection of exhausted resin by color change. No need for costly conductivity meters. These cartridges are easily connected by an inexpensive mounting bracket assembly through hose or tubing and can be installed in any convenient location. Cartridges measure 3.4” x 18.7”.
Universal Model (3923D11)
- Single distillation water quality, suitable for non-critical uses
- Output: 50,000 to 100,000 ohms or better
- Capacity: 1600 grains (CaCO3) or 1882 gr. (NaCl)
- Color indicating type
Weak acid/base resin has very high capacity and removes essentially all ionizable constituents with the exception of silica and free carbon dioxide.
Research Model (3923D26)
- Resistivity suitable for Type I water quality uses
- Capacity: 1000 grains (CaCO3) or 1175 gr. (NaCl)
- Color indicating type
Strong acid/base resin gives triple distillation water quality. Removes essentially all ionizable constituents including silica and free carbon dioxide. When operated in a duplex mode as recommended, resistivity as high as 15 to 18 MegOhms can be produced.
Wall Brackets (3923D40 and D50)
- Two types available
- Can be used in either single or duplex cartridge operation mode
Adsorbers should be changed with IonXchanger or every 3 to 6 months.
METEX Model (3923D85)
- Widely used in removing ammonia and other cations
Removes all metallic ions to a level of 0.1% of the influent. Color indicating type.
Model 3923D40 has a faucet adapter, 3 ft. hose and barb fittings. Model 3923D50 has 1/4in. tube threaded fittings for more permanent connection to a water line. Recommended line input pressure is 30 psi.
Carbon Adsorber (3923D61)
- Removes organics, free chlorine, chloramines, phosphate complexes and turbidity
- Carbon filters are useful as roughing filters for the pretreatment of water before deionization
