VACUUBRAND MZ2C NT+2AK oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump provides powerful oil-free vacuum for applications that do not require control, such as vacuum ovens and gel dryers. Compact and whisper-quiet, it builds on the popular MZ2C NT diaphragm vacuum pump with inlet and outlet cachpots, which enhance performance with condensible vapors, and recover solvent.

Perform More Work. VACUUBRAND pumps are engineered for performance, with flowrates as much as 40% higher at working vacuum levels than competitive pumps with similar free air capacity ratings. The MZ2C NT+2AK has an ultimate vacuum of 7Torr (12mbar) with open gas ballast, for superior performance with condensable vapors.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance. The integral MZ2C diaphragm vacuum pump of the MZ2C NT+2AK vacuum pump features PTFE diaphragms and a fluoropolymer flowpath for excellent corrosion resistance. Catchpots are made of borosilicate glass. Many applications do not require a cold trap.

Quiet, Trobule-Free Operation. The MZ2C NT+2AK operated near ultimate vacuum is whisper quiet, with sound pressure levels comparable to a quiet, face-to-face conversation. The integrated VACUUBRAND diaphragm has typical service intervals of 10,000-15,000 operating hours, with no oil to monitor or change, and no oil mist.
