Microlab 600 Dispensers and Diluters

There are three different dispenser models available all designed to dispense volumes from 100 nL to 50 mL. The Single Syringe Dispenser is ideal for dedicated dispensing applications requiring a single syringe drive. The Dual Syringe Dispenser has two syringe drives for applications such as Animal Dosing that require the use of more than one liquid at the same time. The Continuous Dispenser is designed for time critical applications requiring repetitive dispensing.

The basic controller comes standard with a Quick Start run screen that provides basic diluting and dispensing functionality. The advanced controller delivers additional functions through intuitive wizards and the custom method editor. Wizard settings can be saved as favorites or custom methods on the hardware key. The Basic Controller can be upgraded to the Advanced Controller if it is not selected initially.

Single Syringe Dispenser

The Single Syringe Dispenser is ideal for dedicated dispensing applications requiring a single syringe drive. Improve accuracy, throughput, and consistency when compared to traditional laboratory equipment like serological and repeating pipettes.

Dual Syringe Dispenser

The Dual Syringe Dispenser has two syringe drives for applications such as Animal Dosing that require the use of more than one liquid at the same time. In this application the "No Drug Control" is primed into one syringe while the "Test Drug" is primed into the other syringe. The two liquids can be dosed from the same instrument saving setup and dosing time.

Continuous Dispenser

The Continuous Dispenser is designed for time critical applications requiring repetitive dispensing. One syringe fills while the other syringe dispenses so the instrument is always ready. Perfect for integration into semi-automated or fully automated manufacturing lines.

Syringes

Semi-automated Liquid Handling. A simple touch of the hand probe button or a tap of the foot switch actuates the precision syringe drives to fill or dispense a desired volume of fluid. MICROLAB 600 diluters and dispensers are precision fluid measuring instruments based on Hamilton's world-renowned syringe technology. The semi-automated instruments use positive displacement to achieve highly accurate and precise fluid aspirations and dispenses.

The Bubble Free Prime (BFP) syringe is specifically designed for the Microlab® 600 series and the only syringe type compatible with the intrument. It has a conical plunger tip that extends through the threaded termination and into the valve. This unique design expels the air from the syringe and valve decreasing the number of priming cycles required.

Valves

The Microlab 600 Universal Valves are used on the Single Syringe Dispenser, Dual Syringe Diluter, Dual Syringe Dispenser, and Continuous Dispenser. Adjust the Cross Tube and Valve Plugs to achieve the desired application.

MicroLab 600 Controllers

The Basic Microlab 600 controller performs standard dilutions and dispensing. The Advanced controller contains significant additional features like wizards, method customization, enhanced security and more. For customers with the Basic controller that would like to upgrade, it can be easily converted to the Advanced using a simple software kit.

Advanced Microlab® 600 Dispenser/Diluter Printer Kit (1216P36)

The Microlab® 600 diluter/dispenser printer kit interfaces with the free compliance software package that is available for Advanced devices. The printer kit satisfies regulatory CFR21 Part 11 and FDA GMP/GLP requirements by conveniently printing all log files directly from the device's controller. The printer prints on standard, non-thermal 8.5x11 and A4 paper.

Tubing

The Microlab 600 Fill and Dispense tubing is available as 12 and18 gauge assemblies. The chemically resistant FEP tubing comes in standard lengths or can be made to custom lengths.
