Ideal for storing electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive devices such as CMOS, MOSFETS, hybrids, etc., under an inert, clean, dry atmosphere
- Designed and constructed to prevent static buildup and eliminate ESD damage
- Expanded stainless shelf assemblies slide on conductive runners and are grounded to stainless steel shelf supports, frame and grounding lug to ensure that all components stored inside are safe from ESD
- Under most room conditions (relative humidity greater than 40%) grounding is often unnecessary
- Continuously dissipates static potential to the room air through its stainless steel walls or grounding lug (if utilized)
Desiccator 3744H15 can hold 12 shelf assemblies and measures 21” x 21 3/4” x 12” and 3.2 cubic feet internal volume.
Desiccator 3744H17 can hold 28 assemblies and measures 21” x 21 3/4” x 24” and 6.4 cubic feet internal volume; inlet port 1/4” o.d and 5/32” i.d.
Both cabinets take shelf assemblies 19 1/8” x 18 7/8” i.d.; two shelves are supplied. Additional shelf units are available.
