The MACH Technologies MST series are specialty designed ethanol chilling systems. The systems cool ethanol from room temperature (65F) to negative 40 (-40F) at a flow rate per below depending on the model selected. These units include a ethanol feed pump which pulls ethanol from a tote of drum, cooling unit which chills the ethanol continuously, internal piping, cold ethanol storage tank with frame, and a cold ethanol gravity discharge (discharge pump available as option). These units come with an integrated control panel which is mounted outside the classified area for operation of the unit. The ancillary ULT (ultra-low temperature) chiller is typically mounted outside the classified area, either indoors or outdoors depending on the model selected.
The MACH MST-50 ethanol chilling system is designed to cool 50 GPH of ethanol from 65F to -40F. Unit includes chilling skid, ancillary ULT chiller, and control system. Typical 480V/3PH/60HZ electrics.
The MACH MST-75 ethanol chilling system is designed to cool 75 GPH of ethanol from 65F to -40F. Unit includes chilling skid, ancillary ULT chiller, and control system. Typical 480V/3PH/60HZ electrics.
The MACH MST-135 ethanol chilling system is designed to cool 135 GPH of ethanol from 65F to -40F. Unit includes chilling skid, ancillary ULT chiller, and control system. Typical 480V/3PH/60HZ electrics.
