HBTT wrap around cryogenic labels provide secure identification of cryotubes and cryogenic vials. These thermal-transfer labels are self-laminating to provide protection to the printable part of the label against chemicals such as alcohols, bleach, DMSO and detergents. This transparent protected self-laminated part will allow to read the information written on the label or scan the barcode through laminate and also protect it from physical damage.
The labels withstand a wide range of storage conditions in harsh temperatures such as liquid phase liquid Nitrogen (-196°C), vapor phase liquid nitrogen, laboratory freezers (-20°C, -80°C, -120°C) and boiling water. The labels can be written on using cryo markers and are compatible with a large selection of barcode printer brands such as Zebra, Datamax O’Neil, Sato, CAB, Intermec, Monarch/Paxar, Cognitive, Printronix, Brady (selected models) or any other brands of standard thermal-transfer label printers.
These cryowrap labels are available in different sizes, multiple colors and different configurations on 1" and 3" cores. We provide custom-made cryogenic wrap-around labels tailored to specific containers and applications. We can provide these cryo wrap-around labels for automatic label applicators for automation of vial labeling processes.
