eXTReme FoilSeal is an aluminum foil seal that o?ers excellent chemical resistance and superior performance in ultra-low temperatures.

- Excellent chemical resistance (e.g. DMSO)
- Specially formulated adhesive provides an extremely strong bond which minimizes evaporation and prevents well-to-well contamination
- 1.9mil thick aluminum foil minimizes shredding during removal and is ideal for long-term cold storage
- Available in two sizes:
- Standard cut is recommended for all plate types
- Standard cut features chamfered corners; foil does not overhang plate for robotics applications and tight storage conditions
- Large cut is recommended for deep well plates
- Large cut is designed for greater coverage; results in a more complete seal around the edges of the plate which can reduce evaporation
- Large cut allows for easier positioning of the foil to the plate via edge of plate alignment vs. centering
- A single end-tab makes application and plate alignment easier because the natural curl of the foil is minimized; partially remove the liner at
- the single end-tab, apply a section to the plate, then peel back the remainder of the liner while applying the foil
- Conformable foil allows visual verification of seal security
- Pierceable with pipet tips and robotic probes for direct sample retrieval
- Removes cleanly from plate surfaces with no adhesive stringing or residue

eXTReme™ Seal Films for PCR and Storage
eXTReme Seal features an extra-strong thick adhesive to minimize evaporation yet removes easily without leaving residue on the plate.
- Certified DNase- & RNase- free
- Available in two sizes:
- Standard cut is compatible with all plate types; when using raised-rim plates, the standard cut must be used so the film does not extend up the side walls of the plate and cause excessive evaporation
- Standard cut features chamfered corners: film does not overhang plate for robotics applications and tight storage conditions
- Large cut is designed for greater coverage; results in a more complete seal around the edges of the plate which can reduce evaporation rates
- Large cut allows for easier positioning of the film to the plate via edge of plate alignment vs. centering
- 2mil clear polyester film will not tear upon removal
- An extra strong, thick adhesive minimizes evaporation and well-to-well contamination
- Removes easily and cleanly from plate surfaces
- Features two removable end-tabs with perforations for ease of handling, application and removal

FoilSeal™ RollMate™
An economical, efficient way to rapidly seal microplates; faster than applying single sheeted foils.
Application: Ideal for standard PCR, short-term storage, light sensitive assays and robotics
Temperature Range: -20°C to +120°C
- Self-standing, non-slip supports hold pre-scored foil roll securely in place for quick and easy dispensing
- Removal from a continuous backing liner minimizes curl making FoilSeal easier to handle and apply
- Liner can be torn off or fed directly into a waste basket for disposal
- Roll tension can be easily adjusted to user preference (e.g. loose, tight)
