Polystyrene roller bottles are recommended for 0.2 to 0.3 mL of medium per cm2 of growth area and roller rack speeds of 0.5 to 1.0 rpm. Bottles are manufactured from virgin polystyrene, caps from high density polyethylene and both resins meet the USP Class VI requirements for plastic containers and closures. One-piece seamless construction with printed graduations and printed lot numbers to aid in product traceability.
Roller bottles are sterilized by gamma radiation and certified non-pyrogenic. Easy-Grip cap features large knurls for ergonomic handling.
