Application: Primary Human Dermal Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HDMEC) are isolated from the dermis of juvenile foreskin. Since the dermis contains blood and lymphatic capillaries, HDMEC comprise Blood and Lymphatic Microvascular Endothelial Cells. Both have a common origin and can be identified by several markers.
Other Notes: The Cell Pellets can be stored indefinitely at -20C, and for up to 1 month at 4C. Note: The Cell Pellets will not freeze at -20C. Always centrifuge product briefly before opening vial.
