Forget-Me-Not™ EvaGreen® qPCR Master Mix is a high performance, hot-start EvaGreen® dye-based master mix for use in real time PCR applications and DNA melt curve analysis. Forget-Me-Not™ master mix has a light blue master mix color which helps prevent pipetting mistakes, saving time and reagents. The master mix features EvaGreen® Dye which is suitable for HRM analysis and is safer, more environmentally friendly, and more sensitive than SYBR® Green. The kit also features Cheetah™ Hotstart Taq for fast cycling protocols. Forget-Me-Not™ EvaGreen® qPCR Master Mix is available with Low or High ROX reference dye.
