General description: Polo-Like Kinase Kinase (PLKK) is a 120kD protein that belongs to the serine/threonine kinase family. It has a crucial role in regulating cellular events in cytokinesis and mitosis. Anti-phospho-polo-like kinase kinase (pSer482, pSer486, pSer490) antibody can be used in immunoblotting (diluted 1:1000). Rabbit anti- phospho-polo-like kinase kinase antibody reacts specifically with phospho-polo-like kinase kinase of xenopus.
Application: Anti-phospho-polo-like kinase kinase (pSer482, pSer486, pSer490) antibody can be used in western blotting (diluted 1:1000).
Immunogen: synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acids residues surrounding the Xenopus polo-like kinase kinase phosphorylated on serines 482, 486 and 490.
Physical form: Solution in 10 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 mug/mL BSA, and 50% glycerol.
RIDADR: NONH for all modes of transport
