The Brilliant III qPCR probe master mix with ROX includes the components necessary to carry out the fastest and most sensitive PCR amplification in one tube and one buffer within our qPCR range. Brilliant kits support multiplex capability and show consistently high performance with various fluorescent detection systems, including molecular beacons and TaqMan probes. Amplify and successfully detect high- and low-abundance RNA targets, from experimental samples including total RNA, poly(A)+, and synthetic RNA.
