MPure™ Plant DNA Extraction Kit

MPure-12 Plant DNA Extraction Kit is used with the MPure-12 instrument for extraction of genomic DNA from plant (leaf, seeds and spores) and fungal tissues. Up to 100 mg of tissue can be used for purification.

Key Applications:Nucleic acids extracted from MPure-12 Plant DNA Extraction kit can be used in a number of downstream application including: PCR, qPCR, Sequencing(NGS), Microarray, RFLP, Southern Blot Analysis

Storage & Handling:MPure-12 Plant DNA Extraction Kit should be stored at room temperature (15-25ºC). Do not freeze the reagent cartridges. The Kits are stable for 24 months under these conditions. Store the purified DNA at 4ºC (short- term) or aliquot and store at -70ºC (long-term) before perform the downstream analysis.
