Components: Sodium Phosphate Dibasic(202 mM), Potassium Phosphate Monobasic(35.2 mM), Potassium Chloride(54 mM), Sodium Chloride(2.74 M), Tween-20(2%)

Method: Prepared in 18.2 megohms-cm ± 1 water and autoclaved at 15 psi (121°C) for 30 minutes on liquid cycle.

pH: 7.4 ± 0.15 (1X)
