ZellShield® is a ready-to-use agent for protecting cell cultures from a broad range of common contaminants such as bacteria, fungi, yeast and mycoplasma. The protective effect is based on a combination of novel antibiotics without significant side effects. The application of conventional antibiotics such as penicillin, streptomycin, nystatin etc. is not necessary. ZellShield® can be used routinely as additive directly to the medium to safeguard your cell culture.
