ELISA: Assay-dependent dilution
Western Blot: Assay-dependent dilution. Internal QC demonstrates good detection when using 6B1 mAb at a use dilution of 0.5 µg/mL.

Cross Reactivity: No reactivity was observed against recombinant Ebola virus (EBOV) and Sudan virus (SUDV) VLP, or against EBOV and SUDV rVP40 proteins.
