Dupilumab with trade name Dupixent, is an FDA-approved drug for the treatment of patients aged 6 years and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. It is a human monoclonal antibody. Dupilumab binds to the interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) subunit shared by the interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-13 receptor complexes, thereby inhibiting IL-4 and IL-13 signaling.

Anti-Dupilumab Antibody (2D5), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with Dupilumab.

Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigators. The appropriate concentrations may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.

ELISA detection: 0.005-0.1 µg/ml

ELISA blocking: 1-10 µg/ml
