Mouse Anti-Chondroitin-4-Sulfate is used in ELISA, Radioimmunoassay, Western Blotting techniques and Immunohistochemsitry.
Dilution Recommendation: ELISA at 1:400-1:3,200; RIA at 1:50-1:6,400; Western Blot: 1:1000-1:4000 with ECL detection.
It is recommended that the individual lab obtain their own optimal dilution for their assay..
Concentration: Conc/Titer: 1:50-1:6, 400(Lit.)
Key Applications: EIA, RIA, Immunoblotting
Application Areas: Immunoassays
Research Areas: Cytoskeletal Signaling
Product Type: Antibodies
Antibody Type: Primary Antibodies
Antibody Category: Monoclonal
Clone Name: BE-123
Host: Mouse
Immunogen: Mouse proteoglycan
Isotope: IgG1 kappa
Presentation: Ascites liquid
Format: Ascites liquid. No preservatives added.
NOTES:
Ship: dry ice
Specificity: Reacts with both mouse (fetal and adult) and human (fetal and adult) chondroitinase ABC digested cartilage proteoglycans. There is no reaction with native proteoglycans or with proteoglycans digested with either chondroitinase AC or testicular hyaluronidase. Chondroitin-4 sulfate disaccharides successfully inhibit the binding of monoclonal antibody to proteoglycans. Cross-reactivity with mouse, human, bovine, sheep, dog and rat.
Storage & Handling: Aliquot and store at -20°C (up to one year). Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
