Immobilized Protein A is for binding the constant domains of immunoglobulin (Ig) molecules (seeFigure 1). Protein A is coupled to agarose beads by reductive amination method that provides high coupling efficiency for immunoglobulins and minimal protein A leaching (<5ng protein A/ml). Our immobilized protein A has a high binding capacity (>40mg/ml resin).
The Immobilized Protein A 0.2ml spin column kit is ideal for the small scale affinity purification of antibodies form a variety of samples. Each 0.2ml column is designed for 25-500µl of serum or other sample and can purify up to6-8mg IgG, based on the 30-40mg/ml binding capacity of the resin.
The Immobilized Protein A 1ml spin column kit is ideal for the small scale affinity purification of antibodies form a variety of samples. Each 0.2ml column is designed for 0.5-2ml of serum or other sample and can purify up to40mg IgG, based on the 30-40mg/ml binding capacity of the resin.
Available in 96-well spin plate formats for processing up to 96 samples.Other formats, includingFPLC columns and magnetic beads .
Specific binding and elution buffers are also available.
