Contains (per liter):
- Tryptone: 2.5g
- Enzymtic digest of Animal tissue: 2.5g
- Soy peptone: 5.0g
- Beef extract: 5.0g
- Yeast Extract: 2.5g
- Ascorbic Acid: 0.5g
- Magnesium Sulfate. 7H2O: 0.25g
Direction to use: Dissolve 19.0 grams of disodium β-glycerophosphate to 18.25 grams of medium per 950ml of purified water. Autoclave to sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes, cool to room temperature. Add 50ml of 10% Lactose solution aseptically and mix well before use.
