Designed for biological and liquid processing applications where precise control and parameter measurement is required. The front-panel, 80-character LCD shows parameter settings, alarms and messages. During experiments units show a bargraph display of relative power. The membrane front panel has a numeric keypad for parameter entry and feature selection. Separate front-panel stop and pause buttons allow for experimental cycles. Additional features include adjustable amplitude from 10-100%; sample hold using pulse/pause operation; automatic end of cycle using limits; self-diagnostics check at power-up.
Parallel printer interface allows printed reports with date stamp and parameter information to be generated. Serial RS 232C interface allows unit to be connected to PC or terminal and provides remote start/stop capability and the ability to view temperature, amplitude and power values during experiments.

The S-150D delivers up to 100 watts of ultrasonic power to the thumb switch activated microprobe. Designed for the need to process smaller sizes, this unit is particularly useful with samples ranging in size from 200 microliters to 100 mL. The angled front provides visibility and access to the controls and a convenient probe/tip cradle is built into the cabinet. A high visibility LED watt meter displays output power. Has continuous and pulsed modes for flexibility and auto-tuning, which assures optimal performance at any level. High gain 1/8” microtip included as standard.
