Probehas a maximum diameter of 0.094 inches and a response time of 2 seconds TC (time constant). Includes a field calibration feature that can be performed by a series of keypad strokes without the need for adjustment potentiometers and is factory calibrated. Constructed of durable ABS plastic which can be dropped up to six feet without damage. Minimum of 500 hours ON time.

Model FW2000MK features a Type K mini detachable probe jack, allowing a wide variety of probes to be used as required.

Thermocouple kit includes: FW2000MK, pouch, IR probe, Teflon probe, griddle probe and 10" vat probe.
