Use to measure liquids, semisolids or air/gas. Readings updated every second. Three- switch operation: ON/OFF, °C/°F and HOLD for freezing the display reading. Unit displays from -58.0 to 302.0°F and -50.0 to 150.0°C with a resolution of 0.1 between -20.0 and 200.0°.Accuracy is 1°C from -20 to 100°C. Measures only 3” x 2” x 0.5” and weighs just one ounce. Display has 0.3" high digits for easy reading at a distance. Stainless-steel probe is impervious to most chemicals.
